Shipping & Order
We currently offer domestic shipping within Australia via Australia Post.
Orders under $200 AUD are shipped at a flat rate of $10 AUD, while orders over $200 AUD qualify for free standard shipping.
At this time, we only offer standard shipping.
Processing & Delivery Time
Order processing times are as follows:
- For in-stock items: 2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
- For pre-order items: 4-5 weeks for your order to arrive at our Melbourne studio, then 2 business days for processing and dispatch.
All orders are shipped from our Melbourne studio.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Within Victoria: 2–4 business days
- Interstate: 3–6 business days
- Remote areas: up to 15 business days
Please note that these delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays. For the most up-to-date delivery estimates, please refer to the Australia Post website.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are entered correctly at checkout, as we may not be able to make changes once your order has been processed or dispatched.
Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by Australia Post. While we will always do our best to assist where possible, Ninri Place is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, or parcels lost or damaged during transit.
In the unlikely event that a parcel is lost in transit, we may be able to contact Australia Post on your behalf to assist with a compensation claim of up to $100 AUD, subject to Australia Post’s terms and assessment. Please contact us at orders@ninriplace.com for assistance.
Edit or Cancel Orders
Please carefully review your shipping details and order information before placing your order.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at orders@ninriplace.com within 12 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, please note that any modifications may delay processing and delivery by a reasonable amount of time.
Preorder items are made specifically for you once your order is placed. For this reason, we are unable to cancel or refund preorder items after 12 hours from the time the order is placed.
If you choose to cancel a preorder after this timeframe, we will only be able to refund 50% of the listed purchase price to cover production and material costs already incurred.
Nothing in this section affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Authority to Leave
By placing an order, you acknowledge that parcels may be left in a safe place at the delivery address if deemed appropriate by Australia Post.
If your order is marked as delivered on the courier tracking page but you have not received your parcel, please:
- Check around your property (such as the front porch, carport, or other safe places), the mailroom, or reception area where the delivery driver may have left your parcel
- Check with neighbours, household members, or reception staff to see if the parcel was accepted on your behalf
- Review your confirmation email to ensure the shipping address provided was correct
While we understand how frustrating missing parcels can be, Ninri Place is not responsible for parcels once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
